He is a havaldar (constable) of Inspector Chingum. He assists him and Motu Patlu in catching criminals.

He is a thin, tall man of in his twenties. He wears a police uniform of a constable and has a shaved head while sporting a mustache.
Personality[]
Hera is an obedient officer who sometimes flatters Inspector Chingum. Unfortunately, he can spell many things wrong, for example, Hera spelled hearing as HARNG.

He has a stick and a pistol and the power of a constable.

He is not very strong and does not have much experience in physical combat.
